Its back again. The successful couch to 5k programme, This course is exclusively for non runners. If you can run 2-3km then your too advanced for this course. This is for people who cant run and haven’t run in a while. It progressively takes you along a running journey from zero to a 5km distance within 8-weeks. You must wear a head torch the session
