Come and join one of our OCR training sessions to toughen you and prepare you for your chosen event. Whether its Tough Mudda, Wolf Run or the local Delamere Commando Trail, you will benefit from these tough sessions.   Expect to get beasted and muddy. These classes are not for the faint hearted  

We now have out giant inflatable obstacle course for children’s and adult parties. We are booked into Parkgate Festival on 3rd/4th June, and have a number of children’s parties at Delamere and also people’s gardens.
