With all the rich festive temptations and Christmas parties this season will leave you feeling fatigued. Here are Delamere Outdoor Fitness 5 top tips to avoid the party season fatigue


1. Drink 2 litres of bottled water with sliced lemon in every day along with 4-8 cups of Green Tea

2. Take Echinacea, Omega 369, Vitamin D, Calcium and Magnesium supplements each day

3. Exercise outdoors 6 days per week. Even if its a 20 minute power walk.

4. Try to have 2-3 no alcohol nights

5. Avoid stress and cigarettes. These both increase  free radicals in the body leading to toxification of the body
