Come and join Lynda for her second 5 week course. The first course was so popular that she has decided to run another course. This class is for people who have lost their confidence with exercise, or are new into exercise, or who have gained weight and would like to make the first steps to loosing the weight.
The session is a basic, easy to follow, low impact exercise class. The first session is free and the following 4 sessions are just £25. The course is pre bookable as spaces are limited.
