Come and join Lynda and her fit and flabulous class. The previous courses have been so popular that she has decided to run another 5 weeks are sessions but on a PAYG scheme. This class is for people who have lost their confidence with exercise, or are new into exercise, or who have gained weight and would like to make the first steps to loosing the weight.
The session is a basic, easy to follow, low impact exercise class.
