Mondays see Hell on the Hills back on the timetable, from Monday 10th June, 6.30-7.15pm. This 45minute class is designed to work all your muscles and will include strength work using equipment.
We will operate a strict NO CHIT CHAT policy in this class as everyone is there to WORKOUT! hehe

Tuesdays see the return of Forest Fitness Trails, every Tuesday at 7.30pm from Tuesday 11th June. This fun class takes you around the forest, for a different workout each week. Some weeks, we may do ditch running, then others we may take equipment into the forest. Meet at the hut for 7.20pm for a prompt start. This class is a social class and a great way to make new friends
