60minutes of LOW IMPACT X Training Exercises designed to sculpt a strong body.

 

A combination of Pilates, suspension training and kettlebells, this class is for everyone and will make you sweat.

 

The class is held inside the studio. Please bring a spare pair of sparkling clean trainers to workout inside the studio
